Kota is a city of northern Indian state of Rajasthan. It is situated on the banks of Chambal River. It is the third most populous city of Rajasthan after Jaipur and Jodhpur. Kota is a major coaching hub of the country for competitive examination preparations and has a number of engineering and medical coaching institutes.
Kota is referred to as the “Education Hub” and “the coaching capital of India” of Rajasthan. It is also known as the “Mecca of Coaching”. Over 1.5 lakh students from all over the country flock every year towards the city for preparation of various exams such as IIT-JEE, NEET-UG and AIIMS etc.
