Step by Step Process For BCI (Bar Council of India) Registration in Karnataka

img

The Bar Council of India (BCI) Registration is a mandatory process for all law graduates who wish to practice as advocates in India. In Karnataka, graduates of a 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated law course must register with the Karnataka State Bar Council (KSBC). The process includes submitting academic documents, paying prescribed fees, attending the official enrollment ceremony, and later qualifying in the All India Bar Examination (AIBE). Successful registration grants an enrollment number and, after passing AIBE, a Certificate of Practice, legally authorizing the advocate to practice law in any court across India.
